【Abstract】 The FSTMIS of Guangdong province is a general management information system which is developed on Visual FoxPro 5.0. It includes eight sub system: research program, scientific and technical accomplishment, evaluation of scientific and technical progressive awards, scientific and technical popularization, scientific and technical institutions, scientific and technical personnel, scientific and technical information files, systematic upholding.
