【摘要】 通过 3年对大岛樱组培苗嫩梢扦插育苗的试验 ,结果表明 ,采用大岛樱组培苗的嫩梢作扦插枝条 ,在 1 1月份将插条用 0 .1mg/L的IBA处理后 ,插于珍珠岩 +河沙 (1∶4)基质上 ,插条生根率高 ,繁殖速度快 ,且具有遗传性稳定 ,操作简单 ,成本低等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 The tissue culture seedling shoot cutting method of Prunus donarium var. spontanea was researched. Testing for 3 years, it is concluded that using the shoots from tissue culture plantlet, dipped with IBA of 0.1 mg/L for 30 min and inserted in the medium of perlite and sand (1∶4), is the best. November is the best season for operation. Apart from the low cost, high rooting rate, fast propagation, easy in operation is also the feature of this technology.\;更多还原
