互叶白千层工厂化育苗技术

【摘要】以互叶白千层萌芽条茎段为外植体材料 ,运用组织培养快速繁殖和组培苗嫩梢扦插技术方法 ,进行工厂化育苗 ,结果表明 ,该技术降低了苗木生产成本 ,并能在短期内获得大量组培苗 ,年产苗木可达 1 1 2万株。更多还原
