【Abstract】 From multi-monitoring points, the optical fiber network monitoring system is de- signed to monitor the fire proof, guarding against theft and unexpected accident in residential quarters. Owing to using two passes carrying on , the system reliability is raised and its realtime is strong, which is of image, sound, character and alarm in formation, and takes out fundamentals chart and software flow chart that are applied to all kind of awful noise conditions.
