UV写入锗掺杂溶胶-凝胶玻璃Bragg光栅的制备
UV Written Bragg Gratings of Germanium Doped Sol-gel Glasses
【摘要】 利用相位掩膜技术，用ＫｒＦ准分子紫外激光束（波长为２４８ｎｍ），在锗掺杂溶胶－凝胶玻璃平面波导中直接写入了Ｂｒａｇｇ光栅并对光栅的特性进行了测试与表征．
【Abstract】 UV written Bragg gratings of germanium doped sol-gel glasses have been fabricated by mean of the exposure to an excimer laser (λ=248 nm) beam, through a proper phase mask, and their characteristics are discussed.
