【摘要】 目的　探讨食管长度与身长的相关性、食管的体表投影及形态。方法　解剖观测新生儿尸体 6 0例 ,成人尸体140例食管及其周围结构。结果　测得新生儿食管长度为 10 .5cm ,成人食管长度为 2 3 .9cm。食管整体形态呈L形 ,并观测食管在胸骨上的对应投影点。结论　食管长与身长无关 ,而与胸骨长有关更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the relativity on the length of the esophagus with the stature, and the surface projection and the configuration of the esophagus. Method The esophagus and its structure all around on the cadaver of 60 the neonates’and 140 the adult’s were anatomized and measured. Results The neonates’ esophagus was 10.5cm, the adult’s were 23.9cm. The all shape of the esophagus was "L", and the corresponding projection spot of the esophagus on the sternum was observed. Conclusion The length of the esophagus has no relation with the stature, but has relation with the length of the sternum.更多还原
