X光显影纤维的研究
STUDY ON THE PROPERTIES OF X-RAY DEVELOPING FIBER
【摘要】 用聚丙烯取代聚氯乙烯制造X光医用显影纤维。当用偶联剂对硫酸钡进行表面处理,且硫酸钡在纤维中含量(质量百分含量)为60%的情况下纺丝成功。考察了硫酸钡粒径的大小、偶联剂的效果、硫酸钡不同含量对纤维结构、性能的影响。
【Abstract】 X ray developing fiber used in surgical process is introduced,which is made from polypropylene instead of polyvinylchloride.When coupling agent is used for surface treatment of barium sulfate and the content of barium sulfate in the fibers is 60 percent (weight percent),the spinning can be sucessful.The effects of the particle size of barium sulfate,the types of coupling agent and content of barium sulfate in the fibers on the structure and properties of the fibers are discussed.
