【摘要】 广东省电力集团公司与北京奥索电脑有限公司合作 ,在DominoNotes平台上开发了办公自动化系统。目前集团公司已有 49个主要基层单位完成了推广实施并投运 ,部分县级供电企业三级机构也开始推广应用。1998年 11月起至今 ,已处理公文 80多万份 ,初步建立了全省统一的网络办公平台 ,提供了远程电子公文交换、邮件传递和网络传真服务 ,基本实现了广域网上的公文阅办、流转和档案管理 ,有效地提高了集团公司整体办公效率和办公自动化水平。近期目标是 :依托广东电力广域骨干宽带信息网络 ,扩大直属基层单位办公自动化应用覆盖面 ,在年内争取覆盖率达 10 0 %。更多还原

【Abstract】 In cooperation with China Autosoft Technologies Co , Ltd , Guangdong Electric Power Holding Co. (GEPH)developed on the Domino Notes platform the office automation (OA) system, which has spread to 49 subsidiaries under GEPH and is being promoted in some county level power supply enterprises. Over 0 8 million documents have been disposed of since November 1998; a uniform network office platform over the province has taken shape, which enables remote electronic document exchange, E mail, network fax, and basically realizes review, transfer of documents and management of archives, thus effectively improving the overall office efficiency and automation level of GEPH. The short term target is to raise, depending on the trunk broadband WAN of Guangdong power system, the coverage of OA application in subsidiaries under GEPH to 100% by the end of 2001.更多还原
