加压喷动流化床煤部分气化数值模型

【摘要】 本文建立了一个加压喷动流化床煤部分气化的数学模型,根据流场对喷动流化床进行了分区,在喷动区采用类似气力输送流动模型,在周边环行区采用流化床模型。模型中考虑了设备几何特性、运行工况和煤质对煤气化的影响,特别是研究了在喷动流化床中蒸汽、空气与煤之间的比例关系以及系统压力对煤气化的影响。模型计算结果表明,系统压力提高可显著提高煤气化速率,空煤比和汽煤比增加也可提高煤气化速率,但煤气热值降低。

【Abstract】 A numerical model was developed for coal semi-gasification in a pressurized spouted fluidized bed. Different sub-models were used in spout zone and annulus zone of the bed. The effects of bed shape, coal properties and operation conditions on coal semi-gasification were included in the model. Especially the effects of mass ratio of the steam/coal and air/coal and system pressure on coal send-gasification were considered. It was concluded by the calculation that a higher gasification rate could reach with increasing in bed pressure. Increasing the mass ratio of air/coal or stream/coal, the gasification rate could be increased but the heat value of fuel gas was decreased.
