【Abstract】 By comparing the English-Chinese me taphor of proverbs with their colorful cultures,this paper attempts to indicate the features,similarities and differences of the metaphor in the two languages and also expounds the reasons of them so as to clarify their internal regularity and peuliarity.The study suggests that although it happens to hold same views in the bilingual metaphor there do exist some distinctive features of their own.更多还原
