【Abstract】 In this paper, demolition of an ultralong bridge with a length of 604m by controlled blasting was introduced. A new design thought of that T shape beams were destroyed firstly, abutments blasted secondly and secondary crushing with unconfined charges was finally carried out was adopted during determination of blasting scheme. The application of a detectable non electric initiation system makes the blasting demolition of the bridge safe, reliable, quick and economic, providing a new alternative technology for other similar projects.更多还原
