脑脊液及血浆内皮素1变化在小儿急性中枢神经系统感染疾病中的意义

【摘要】 目的 探讨内皮素 (ET)与小儿急性中枢神经系统感染的关系。方法 采用放射免疫分析 (RIA)法监测5 0例病毒脑炎 ,11例结核性脑膜炎 ,6例化脓性脑膜炎脑脊液及血浆ET -1含量并与 10例健康儿童血浆及 8例急性淋巴性白血病 ,2例脑瘫脑脊液对照。结果 患病组血浆及脑脊液ET -1含量均值明显高于对照组 ,P <0 0 1有显著性意义。中枢神经系统感染伴重度神经功能障碍者血浆ET -1均值 46 76± 17 2 3 ,脊液 5 8 34± 12 93 ;轻度神经功能障碍者血浆ET -116 2 7± 5 0 9,脊液 2 4 47± 8 5 4,两者比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1)。结论 脑脊液中ET -1含量增高可作为脑实质损伤重要指标 ,ET -1增高可提示脑损伤的一个重要因素

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between endothelin-1 (ET-1) and active central nervous system infection in children. Methods Cerebrospinal fluid and plasma ET-1 levels were measured in 50 patients with virus encephalitis, 11 with tubercubosis meningitis, 6 with purlent meingitis, 8 with active lymphoma, 2 with cerebral palsy and in 10 healthy children. Results Plasma and cerebrospinal fluid ET-1 was significantly higher in CNS infection than that of healthy ( P<0.01 ). The average value for patients with CNS infection with severe functional dysturbances was 46.76±17.23 in plasma and 58.34±12.93 in cerebrospinal fluid, significantly higher than that in patients with mild functional dysturbances (plasma ET-1: 16.27±5.09; cerebrospinal fluid: 24 47±8.54). Conclusion Plasma and cerebrospinal fluid ET-1 is elevated in CNS infection.
