【摘要】 目的　探讨腹腔镜手术切口并发症的发生原因和预防方法。方法　回顾 8年来该院 2 485例腹腔镜的切口并发症 ,并复习国内外有关文献资料 ,分析切口并发症与手术的关系。结果　腹腔镜手术切口并发症的发生与穿刺、手术操作技巧、标本取出方法及切口封闭方法有密切关系。结论　选择合适的穿刺点、标本取出切口及方法、仔细缝合切口有利于预防切口并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the causes and prevention of incision complication of laparoscopic surgery. Methods 2 485 cases of laparoscopic operation in our hospital during last 8 years were reviewed and the relationship between complications and operation was analyzed. Results Incision complication was related to skill of puncture and operation, method of specimen extraction and incision closure. Conclusion Selecting appropriate puncture point , method of incision specimen extraction and careful suture of incision help to prevent incision complication.更多还原
