【Abstract】 Guarantee system of bid and bidding is very important for performance of port engineering construction contract.Invitation of bidding is invitation of offer.Bid is offer.Award of contract is accept.Those conclusions are the foundation of analyzing guarantee problem of bid and bidding.The paper analyses the three guarantees’ foundation,objection,nature,and some questions of practicality.更多还原
