转炉高效吹炼技术的研究

【摘要】 提高转炉供氧强度可以有效地缩短每炉钢的吹氧时间。在提高供氧强度时要正确地设计氧枪和喷头 ,制定合理的供氧制度。对于具有 3座 2 5~ 5 0 t的转炉钢厂供氧强度提高 0 .5~ 1.0 m3/ (t· m in) ,可增加钢产量 8~ 2 0万 t/ a
【Abstract】 The time of blowing oxygen can be shorten efficaciously by intensification of oxygen supply on converter The intensification of oxygen supply is assured by accurate design of oxygen lance and nozzle and reasonable regulation of oxygen supply The output of steel of a steelmaking plant with three converter of 25 50 ton can be increased by 80000 200000 ton per year by enhancing oxygen supply by 0 5 1 0 m 3/(t·min)
