【摘要】 简要介绍了宝钢开发的漏钢预报系统 (BBPS) ,该系统从 1999年 9月投入现场应用以来 ,操作性能和各项技术指标比原引进日本的漏钢预报装置有较大的提高 ,在提高连铸机的产能、改善铸坯质量、减少漏钢事故等方面发挥了重要作用 ,该技术已完全取代了原来引进日本的技术更多还原

【Abstract】 Breakout prediction is one of important techniques of continuous casting, this paper simply describes breakout prediction system BBPS developed by Baosteel, which performance is better than old BO prediction facilities imported from Japan And now it is playing an important role in increasing productivity, improving slab quality and decreasing breakouts and had replaced the original imported technique更多还原
