普通碳素钢超细晶临界奥氏体控轧工艺研究
INTER-CRITICAL AUSTENITE CONTROL ROLLING PROCESS FOR ULTRA-FINE GRAIN STRUCTURE OF PLAIN CARBON STEEL
【摘要】 通过在 Gleeble- 2 0 0 0热变形模拟机上的模拟实验 ,研究了低温变形条件下的工艺参数对普通低碳钢Q 2 3 5获得微米级超细晶组织影响规律。利用实验研究结果在型钢轧机上轧出晶粒尺寸约为 5μm的 4 0 0 MPa级钢筋。研究表明对于低碳钢 Q2 3 5利用形变诱导铁素体和铁素体动态再结晶机制在 Ae3~ Ar3℃附近的临界(亚稳 )奥氏体温度范围内变形 ,可以获得 4~ 6μm等轴均匀的超细晶铁素体。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the processing technology and physical metallurgy for low carbon steel Q235 of ultra fine grain structure obtained by low temperature deformation has been studied on the simulator Gleeble 2000 The experiment of inter critical austenite control rolling of rebar on the basis of previous experimental results was carried out on open train bar rolling mill,the Ae 3 Ar 3 range of deformation temperature was selected and ferrite grain size was be refined to 4 6 μm,yield strength reached to 400 MPa through accelerated cooling after rolling through deformation induced ferrite (DIF) and dynamic recrystallization of ferrite (DRX)
