【摘要】 钢板的轧后控冷可以获得良好的力学性能和焊接性能。介绍了在鞍钢厚板轧机后建立的用于轧后控冷的高密度管层流冷却系统 ,该系统采用了自主开发的高密度管层流冷却装置 ,具有冷却能力强、冷却均匀 ,冷却后板形不变、设备结构及维护简单等特点。通过鞍钢厚板厂的现场生产实践 ,该系统已达到了设计的要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Good mechanical properties and welding property of plates could be achieved by control cooling after rolling. A kind of laminar cooling device with high density piping has been installed on plate mill of Anshan Iron and Steel (Group) Co..The paper introduces this device and its system.The device has strong and well uniform cooling capability.Flatness of plate is not changed after cooling.The simple structure and easy maintenance are the characteristics of this device too. The good results of plate cooling after rolling have been acquired by this system in this mill.更多还原
