电塑性加工对钢丝的摩擦学特性和表面质量的影响

【摘要】 电塑性拔丝是指在普通拔丝工艺过程中引入高能脉冲电流对工件进行电刺激的新型加工方法。经电塑性拔制的钢丝表面质量有明显的提高。由于高能脉冲电流的引入 ,使钢丝在拔制过程中的动摩擦系数有明显降低 ,拔制力大幅度下降 ,材料的塑性得到提高

【Abstract】 The wire drawing with electro plastic effect is a new working process, in which pulse current is introduced into the common wire drawing process. In this paper, the analysis of the surface morphology of the wire after the electro plastic drawing process by Scanning Electronic Microscope(SEM) has shown that the surface quality has been evidently improved. What’s more, with the introduction of pulse current, the friction coefficient has been decreased, which reduces the drawing stress and the improves the plastic properties of the materials.
