【Abstract】 The low moisture coke quenching process used in the coke quenching system for Hangang No.5 and No.6 coke oven was imported from USX Engineers and Consultants Inc. (UEC). Its features are as following:the water consumption for coke quenching is lower, the moisture in quenched coke is lower and the fluctuation of moisture in coke is smaller.
