小管径螺旋埋弧焊管应力裂纹分析及防止措施初探
Analysis of Stress Cracking of Small-sized Spiral Submerged-arc Weld Pipe and Relevant Preventive Actions
【摘要】 介绍了小管径螺旋埋弧焊管的裂纹性质、成因及生产过程中可以采取的防止措施。最根本的措施就是改善钢管成型质量，减小钢管弹复量，确定并固定内焊焊点。
【Abstract】 Discussed in the paper are the main aspects concerning stress cracking of the small-sized spiral submerged-arc weld pipe, covering nature of the cracking, causes and possible preventive actions to taken during operation, particularly actions like improving pipe formation quality, reduction of pipe elastic recovery amount and selecting/fixing interior welding points.
