【Abstract】 This experiment is designed to investigate the effects of some factor s on the sperm motility of Anodonta woodiana Pacifica Houde. It mainly contains three parts: 1) the effects of different pH conditions on sperm motility and the test on the best pH condition for the sperm motility; 2) the effects of differe nt concentrations(1%-5%) of inorganic positive ions(Na+, K+, Mg2+, Ca2+, NH+4, etc.) under pH 8.5 on the sperms and 3) the outcoming sperm activity after 5 h, 10 h, 15 h and 20 h of hormone(HCG) injections into four of the Anodonta wo odiana Pacifica Houde.更多还原
