离子交换树脂催化剂颗粒表面润湿率的测定
Study on liquid-solid contacting efficiency of the catalyst bed of ion-exchange resin in a catalytic distillation column
【摘要】 采用示踪法测定催化剂包内离子交换树脂催化剂颗粒的有效润湿率 .实验结果表明 ,润湿率受液速的影响较大 ,受气速的影响较小 .润湿率随液速的增大而增大 ,当液体喷淋密度超过 1.9× 10 -3m3/ (m2 ·s)时 ,润湿率趋于 1;润湿率随气速的增大略有增加 .
【Abstract】 Liquid-solid contacting efficiency of the catalyst of ion-exchange resin in the catalyst capsule is measured by the tracer method. It is indicated that liquid-solid contacting efficiency is affected more by liquid flow rate than gas flow rate, which increases with liquid flow rate. When the liquid flow rate is greater than 1.9 ×10 -3 ?m 3/(m 2·s), it tends towards 1, but increases slightly with the increase of gas flow rate.
