SiC窑具材料浸渍AlPO4溶液对材料抗氧化性的影响
The effect of dipping SiC kiln furniture into AlPO4 solution on its antioxygen property
【摘要】 采用浸渍AlPO4饱和溶液的方法 ,使SiC窑具材料气孔被填充 ,气孔率降低 ,阻碍O2 的扩散 ,能增加窑具材料的抗氧化性 .结果表明 ,浸渍次数增加 ,氧化速度减少 ,其中浸渍 1次和 4次的氧化速度常数分别为2 .92× 10 -8和 2 .69× 10 -8,均符合金斯特林格方程 .浸渍 2次和 3次主要形成Al4(SiO4) 3的反应占优势 ,不符合金斯特林格方程 .
【Abstract】 Dipping SiC kiln furniture into AlPO 4 saturated solution can make it packed and decrease its porosity. It can also hinder the diffusion of oxygen so as to increase the antioxygen property of SiC kiln furniture. The results show that the oxidation rate decreases with the dipping times. The velocity constant of oxidation is 2.92×10 -8 and 2.69×10 -8 for 1 time and 4 times which agree with Genstleng equation. Reaction of formation Al 4(SiO 4) 3 is dominant for 2 and 3 times dipping which disagrees with Genstleng equation.
