数字式介质损耗测量装置的研究
The investigation of a digital dielectric loss measurement system
【摘要】 提出了一种以单片机为核心 ,采用全数字化处理技术的介质损耗测量系统 ,介绍了它的测量原理、系统组成和抗干扰措施 ,给出了用该装置进行测量的实验结果 .
【Abstract】 A dielectric loss measurement system with single-chip computer as its core is presented. Its measuring principle, system structure and anti-disturbing measures are introduced. Experiment results have verified the effectiveness of this technique.
