一类新型水溶性膦配体及其钠盐的合成
Synthesis of New Type of Water-soluble Phosphine Ligands and their Disodium Salts
【摘要】 在温和的反应条件下 ,以季 盐 [Ph2 P(CH2 OH) 2 ]+ Cl-与含醚键和有机膦酸根的胺 H2 O3PCH2 CH2 N CH2 -CH2 (OCH2 CH2 ) n NH2 (n=1,2 ,3)的曼尼希反应 ,高产率合成了含 Ph2 PCH2 N=配位基团的水溶性膦配体 ,用NMR、 MS、 IR、 UV和光电子能谱等对其结构进行了表征
【Abstract】 The highly water\|soluble phosphine ligands, H\-2O\-3PCH\-2CH\-2N(CH\-2CH\-2O) n CH\-2CH\-2N(CH\-2PPh\-2)\-2 ( n =1,2,3), and their disodium salts were prepared with good yields by a new route using bis(hydroxymethyl)diphenylphosphonium chloride and N\|substituted 2\|aminoethylphosphonic acid, \{H\-2O\-3PCH\-2CH\-2N\|\}(CH\-2CH\-2O) n CH\-2CH\-2NH\-2 under mild conditions. The compounds 3a~3c were also characterized by IR, NMR and XPS.
