官能化硅胶负载Pd-Cu催化剂的制备及催化芳香氯化物水相脱氯作用
Preparation of Functionalized Silica Supported Palladium-Copper Catalyst and its Applications in Dechlorination of Aromatic Chlorides in Water
【摘要】 将聚乙烯吡咯烷酮 ( PVP)与双金属 Pd2 + 、Cu2 + 配位后 ,再负载于用平均分子量为 60 0的聚乙二醇 ( PEG)官能化的硅胶上 ( Si O2 - PEG60 0 ) ,制成一种新型双负载双金属催化剂 PVP- Pd Cl2 - Cu Cl2 / Si O2 - PEG60 0 ,将其用于催化难溶于水的芳香卤化物水相脱卤 ,在无需加入任何有机溶剂的情况下 ,对芳香氯化物呈现出高的脱氯活性和选择性 ,并具有良好的重复使用性能 .通过 IR、TEM、比表面积测定等手段 ,探讨了催化剂各组分在催化脱卤中的作用及可能的催化脱卤机理 .
【Abstract】 The polymer-anchored bimetallic catalyst PVP-PdCl 2-CuCl 2 (PVP=poly(N-vinyl-2- pyrrolidone)) was supported on functionalized silica gel SiO 2-PEG600 (PEG600=polyethylene glycol with an average molecular weight of 600. A new dually supported bimetallic catalyst, PVP-PdCl 2-CuCl 2/SiO 2-PEG600, is obtained, which shows high activities and selectivities for dechlorination of insoluble aromatic chlorides in water without any organic solvents, and has good reusability. Using IR, TEM and specific surface area analyses, the effect of every component in the catalyst on dechlorination and the possible mechanism of catalytic dehalogenation are discussed.
