正丁烷选择氧化过程中VPO体系的表面物种
Surface Species on VPO Catalyst in n-Butane Selective Oxidation
【摘要】 用漫反射傅立叶变换红外光谱法 ,研究了 VPO催化剂上正丁烷选择氧化制顺酐的表面物种及催化反应过程 .催化剂暴露在 1.5 % n- C4+2 1% O2 +N2 的流动混合气中 ,流量为 5 0 m L/ m in,温度 10 0~ 40 0℃ .在催化剂表面上未观察到吸附的正丁烷 ,但发现了吸附的顺酐和 COx.同时 ,检测到吸附的马来酸和高活性的烯烃物种 .
【Abstract】 The surface species on a commercial VPO catalysts for n \|butane selective oxidation to maleic anhydride have been investigated using diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier\|transform spectroscopy. The catalyst was exposed to the reaction mixture flow of 50 mL/min with 1.5% n \|butane in air at temperature from 100~400 ℃. Adsorbed n \|butane was not found, but adsorbed maleic anhydride, and carbon oxide species were observed on the catalyst surfaces. In addition, adsorbed maleic acid and highly reactive olefinic species could be detected.
