SnO2-Al2O3复合氧化物催化剂的一氧化氮选择催化还原性能
Selective Catalytic Reduction of NO with C3H6 over SnO2-Al2O3 Binary Metal Oxide Catalysts
【摘要】 采用双股并流共沉淀方法制备的锡铝复合氧化物 ,对有氧条件下 C3H6 选择还原 NO反应有较高的催化活性和较宽的反应温度区间 .具有最佳配比 (Sn∶ Al(摩尔比 ) =1∶ 1.94)的锡铝复合氧化物样品 ,在反应温度35 0℃时可使 NO转化率达 71% .XRD、H2 - TPR及 NH3- TPD的研究结果表明 ,锡与铝难以形成氧化物固溶体 ,而 Sn O2 是以微晶形态分散于无定形的 Al2 O3上 .Al2 O3的中等强度酸性与 Sn O2 微晶适度的氧化还原性能相结合 ,使锡铝复合氧化物具有较高的催化活性
【Abstract】 SnO 2 Al 2O 3 binary metal oxide prepared by co current co precipitation (CCP) method shows good performance for the selective reduction of NO by C 3H 6 in a broad temperature window. For the sample with Sn∶Al (mol/mol)=1∶1.97 at 350 ℃, 71% conversion of 1.186×10 -3 NO to N 2 was attained in the presence of 9.48×10 -4 C 3H 6 and 2.23% O 2 in He, at a space velocity of 15 000 h -1 . Using XRD, H 2 TPR and NH 3 TPD analysis, we found that the SnO 2/Al 2O 3 binary oxide seems to be SnO 2 micro crystal dispersed on the amorphous γ Al 2O 3, and the synergic effect of acidity of Al 2O 3 and oxidizability of SnO 2 led to the improvement of the catalyst activity.
