纤维连接蛋白ⅢCS片段的剪接、表达以及与创伤修复的关系

【摘要】 纤维连接蛋白在创伤愈合中具有重要的作用,其基因在三个区域进行可变剪接,分别命名为EⅢA,EⅢB和ⅢCS。它们的功能仍有待于研究。本文就纤维连接蛋白的可变剪接片段Ⅲcs的生物学活性及其在法医学中的应用展望做一粗浅的探讨。

【Abstract】 Fibronectin is an important large adhesive glycoprotein of the extracellular matrix, which is alternatively spliced in three regions, designated EⅢA,EⅢB and ⅢCS respectively. ⅢCS contains two binding domains for a variety of cell surface and extracellular ligands. Through this multiplicity of adhesive activities, ⅢCS can fulfill key roles in a broad spectrum of physiological processes, such as cell spreading and migration, differentiation and embryogenesis, wound healing, malignant transformation and metastasis, etc. Here, we will discuss the structure, biological property, and function of Ⅲcs splicing variants and its forensic applications.
