强骨宝2号对激素性大鼠骨质疏松症的影响

【摘要】 为探讨强骨宝 2号对糖皮质激素致大鼠骨质疏松的影响 ,将 56只 3月龄雄性 SD大鼠 ,随机分为正常对照组、病理模型组、骨松宝组、强骨宝组。于第 8周和第 1 3周分 2批处死。取胫骨上 1 /3段 ,制成不脱钙骨切片标本 ,进行骨组织形态计量学测定。结果显示 :第 8周后 ,模型组与对照组相比 ,骨形成指数减少 ,骨松宝与强骨宝组的各参数与对照组相比无显著变化 ;第 1 3周后 ,模型组与对照组相比 ,衡量骨量的各项指标显著减少 ,骨松宝和强骨宝组的骨量和骨形成指标与对照组没有显著差异 ,但强骨宝的骨吸收参数值低于骨松宝组。提示强骨宝有预防泼尼松致骨质疏松的作用。

【Abstract】 To study the influence of QIANGGUBAO Ⅱ (QGBⅡ) on glucocorticoid induced osteoporosis,56 three month old male SD rats were randomly and averagely divided into 4 groups.3 groups were modeled with prednisone (4.5mg/11g,twice each week) respectively,while group 1 (G1) taken only NS as control.And then group 2 (G2)treated with NS,group 3 (G3) GUSONGBAO,and group 4 (G4) QGBⅡ daily from the baseline.7 rats of each group were killed on 8th week and the proximal tibiae were taken for the dynamic and static histomorphometric measurement,and the same procedure was made on 13th week in another half.The results showed that the parameters of bone formation in G2 is significantly lower than that of G1 8 weeks after the experiment.In comparison with G1 13 weeks after the experiment,the parameters of bone mass and bone formation in G2 were obviously decreased,while there was no significant difference between G3 and G4.The bone resorption parameters of G4 were lower than those of G3.The results indicates that QGB Ⅱ is effective in the prevention of the glucocorticoid induced osteoporsis.
