【摘要】 采用荧光分光光度法 ,对小鼠脑、肝组织中 5-羟色胺 ( 5-HT)的含量进行了测定。结果表明 ,小鼠受照射后两种组织中的 5-HT浓度随昼夜节律的变化表现出明显不同 ,与对照组相比 ,p<0 .0 1。

【Abstract】 The day-and-night rhythm changes in the contents of 5-HT of the brains and livers of mice treated by whole-body irradiation with 5Gy 60 Co γ rays were investigated by means of fluorescent spectrophotometry. The results showed that compared with control, the 5-HT contents in both tissues, generally speaking, were increaased significantly after diurnal irradiation, but decreased insignificantly after night irradiation.
