采用表面活性剂聚乙烯吡咯烷酮K30对安乃近进行化学发光测定
Chemiluminescence determination of analgin using surfactant polyvinylpyrrolidone K30.
【摘要】 采用表面活性剂聚乙烯吡咯烷酮K30对安乃近进行了流动注射化学发光检测。当安乃近溶液与酸性聚乙烯吡咯烷酮K30及罗丹明6G混合溶液相遇时 ,由于化学发光反应 ,会产生强烈的光信号。讨论了实验条件的选择和干扰问题。在最佳实验条件下 ,工作曲线线性范围为0.2~10.0μg/mL ,检出限为0.08μg/mL。
【Abstract】 The polyvinylpyrrolidone K30 as a new surfactant was used for the determination of analgin by flow injection_chemiluminescence detection to enhance the sensitivity. When analgin met with the acidic mixture of polyvinylpyrrolidone K30 and rhodamine 6G, strong light was generated due to chemiluminescence reaction. The optimal conditions and the problem of interference were investigated. The range of linearity was 0.2~10.0μg/mL and the detection limit was 0.08 μg/mL under optimal conditions.
