气敏阵列混合气分析仪的研制

【Abstract】 A gas compound analyzer based on sensor array detector was developed.The artificial neurol network is used for pattern recognition to differentiate complex signals.The working principle,design and composition of the analyzer are described.Test results show that the maximum deviation of the measured concentrations is less than 7 4%.
