【Abstract】 Four spectrophotometric methods for determination of total flavonoids in the extractive of hypericum perforatum L were compared. It was found that the determination results from the four methods were very different from each other. Compared with the results obtained from a HPLC method, a simple and accurate spectrophotometric method for analysis of total flavonoids was established.更多还原
