【Abstract】 The decolouring oxidation of safranine by hydrogen peroxide in ammonia and ammonium chloride medium using copper as catalyst was investigated. A new method for determination of Cu based on this was set up.The linear range was 0～6 μg/25 mL with detection limit of 2.5×10 -9 g/mL for Cu.The method was used to determine trace Cu in hair samples.更多还原
