【Abstract】 A new spectrophotometric method for determination of protein with a colour reaction of protein Mo(Ⅵ) PV OP system was established.Beer′s law is obeyed in the range of 0～50.0 μg/mL of protein.The method was applied to determine total protein in urine,serum and bean extract,with recovery of 90%～108%, relative standard deviation of 1.8%～3.0%( n =5),and the detection limit of 4.0μg/mL.更多还原
