邻羟基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯分光光度法测定痕量汞(Ⅱ)
Determination of Trace Amounts of Mercury by Spectrophotometric method with o Hydroxybenzenediazoaminoazobenzene
【摘要】 研究了邻羟基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯 ( O- HDAA)与汞 ( )的显色反应。在 Triton X- 1 0 0存在下 ,于 p H 1 0 .0的硼砂 -氢氧化钠缓冲溶液中 ,汞 ( )与试剂形成 1∶ 2的稳定橙红色配合物 ,其最大吸收波长位于 52 0 nm处 ,表观摩尔吸光系数为 1 .74× 1 0 5L· mol- 1· cm- 1,汞 ( )在 0~ 60 0μg/L之间符合朗伯-比耳定律。此法直接应用于水样中痕量汞的测定。
【Abstract】 The chromogenic reaction of o hydroxybenzenediazoaminoazobenzene(O HDAA) with mercury was studied. In the presence of Triton X 100 and in a borax buffer soluton of pH 10.0, mercury(Ⅱ) reacted with O HDAA to form a stable orange red complex with molar ratio of 1∶2. The apparent molar absorptivity is 1.74×10 5 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 at the maximum absorption wave length of 520 nm. Beer’s law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0~600 μg/L for Hg(Ⅱ). The method was applied to the determination of trace amounts of mercury in water with satisfactory results.
