【Abstract】 A simple and sensitive fluorimetric method was proposed for determination of nitrite. The method was based on the reduction of pyronine Y by NO - 2 in the sulfuric acid medium. The detection limit for nitrite is 2.7 ng/mL, the linear range of the determination is 6.0～88 ng/mL. The method was used to determine nitrite in electroplanting waste water,tap water and well water samples.更多还原
