磁场作用于工艺系统对切削过程影响的试验

【摘要】 通过试验研究磁场作用于工艺系统对切削力、刀具磨损、系统稳定性及加工精度的影响,根据切削区摩擦系数的对比试验和磁畴理论分析了磁场对刀具刃磨后表面残余应力的影响,对其机理进行了探讨.研究表明,磁场作用结果使刀具磨损减小、切削力降低、工艺系统稳定、加工精度提高。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the authors researched and tested the cutting force and the wear of tool in technology system with magnetic field. The comparative tests on machining accuracy and surface roughness are carried out in technology system. The mechanisms of the magnetic field actting on the cutting process are discussed in this paper.The effect of magnetic field on confriction and rigidity of the technology system are tested.The results show that the wear of tool and cutting force in technology system is reduced by the magnetic field. In addition, the rigidity is improved and vibration of technology system is weakened by the magnetic field.
