【Abstract】 The HPLC method for determination of MBAMT(N,N′ methylene bis(2 amino 5 mercapto 1,3,4 thiadia zole)has been reported. The sample was analyzed on a SiO 2 column with mobile phase of n hexane∶ethyl alcohol=9∶2( V/V )using UV detector at 320 nm. The variation coefficient, recovery were 2.183% and 93.76%, respectively. The analytical results show that this method is simple, rapid and accurate.更多还原
