应用平行因子分析和三维荧光分析法分辨萘、1-萘酚和2-萘酚

【摘要】 首次利用三维荧光分析法与PARAFAC算法相结合 ,在激发波长为 2 2 0~ 30 0nm(2nm为间隔 ) ,发射波长为 32 5~ 6 0 0nm(5nm为间隔 )对萘、1 萘酚和 2 萘酚体系进行了分辨研究 ,分辨结果与真实结果一致。该方法分辨速度快 ,易于编程实现 ,且分辨效率高 ,解决了三者同时分辨难的问题 ,充分地说明了化学计量学在环境化学中具有广阔的应用前景

【Abstract】 The spectra of mixed system of naphthalene, 1 naphthol and 2 naphthol were resolved by using the combination of three way fluorescence technique and the parallel factor (PARAFAC) algorithm. The excitation wavelength was set from 220 to 300 nm with an interval of 2 nm and the emission wavelength varied from 325 to 600 nm with an interval of 5 nm. This method, which has a high convergence rate and is easy to be carried out on computers, can successfully solve the resolving problem caused by spectral overlapping.
