【Abstract】 A kinetic spectrophotometric method has been developed fo r the determination of trace Se(Ⅳ) based on the Se(Ⅳ) inhibitory oxidation reaction of KclO3-methyl orange system in hydrochloric acid medium and in the presen ce of 2,2′-bipyridine. The optimum conditions and kinetic parameters have been studied. The linear range of determination is 0-２４靏/L. The limit of detec tion is 1.82 elenium in food and pharmaceutical with satisfactory result.更多还原
