单扫描极谱法测定果、蔬中有机磷农药残留量

【摘要】 提出了在 0 .40mol/L氢氧化钠底液中对碱解后的有机磷农药进行单扫描极谱测定的方法 .于起始电位 - 0 .30V(vsSCE)进行阴极化扫描时有产生一灵敏导数波 ,峰电位为 - 0 .5 3V(vsSCE) .并获得了辛硫磷残留量检测的最佳条件 .在此条件下检测有机磷农药的线性范围分别为 :辛硫磷 0 .12~ 16 0 μg/mL ,甲基对硫磷 0 .15~ 2 0 0 μg/mL ,水胺硫磷 0 .2 0~ 16 0 μg/mL ,甲胺磷 0 .1~ 1.0mg/mL ,氧化乐果 0 .0 9~ 16 0 μg/mL

【Abstract】 A method for the determination of organophosphorous pesticide residues in a supporting solution of 0.40 mol/L sodium hydroxide by single sweep polarography has been established. The Peak potentail is -0.53 V(vs.SCE). The peak height is linearily proportional to the concentration of phoxim over the range of 0.12~160 μg/mL, 0.15~200 μg/mL methyl parathium,0.20~160 μg/mL isocarbophos, 0.10~1.0 mg/mL methamidophos, 0.09~160 μg/mL flolimat. This proposed method is simple, sensitive and has good selectivity. The results are satisfactory when it is used to analyse vegetable&fruit.
