锌合金粉在 KOH溶液中析氢行为的研究

【摘要】 采用气雾法制备 Zn- In、Zn- Pb、Zn- Bi、Zn- Al合金粉 ,利用收集气体的办法测定了各种合金粉在 KOH溶液中的腐蚀速度 ,确定了 In、Pb、Bi、Al四种元素与 Zn分别形成合金的最佳含量。随后研究了 In、Bi、Al三种金属元素与 Zn形成的四元合金的析氢行为
【Abstract】 A series of Zn In,Zn Pb,Zn Bi,Zn Al alloy powders was prepared by gas atomization The corrosion rate of alloy powders was measured by means of collecting hydrogen gas in potassium hydroxide solution The optimum addition amount of In, Pb, Bi, Al to zinc was obtained. In addition, hydrogen evolution behavior of In Bi Al Zn alloys was studied
