【摘要】 目的 :探讨卵巢成熟性囊性畸胎瘤的CT表现特点及其诊断价值。方法 :回顾性分析 2 3例经手术病理证实的 2 4个卵巢成熟性囊性畸胎瘤的CT及B超影像资料 ,结合病理讨论其CT表现特点。结果 :本组成熟性囊性畸胎瘤均显示脂肪密度区。1 3个显示“浮球征” ,1 2个有脂 液平面 ,1 3个囊壁钙化呈点状、条状或小团块状 ,4个分隔软组织内钙化 ,3个囊内骨化影和软组织混杂密度影 ,4个未见钙化影 ,7例发生蒂扭转。CT与B超对本病的诊断准确率分别为 1 0 0 %和69.6 %。结论 :成熟性囊性畸胎瘤有其特殊的CT表现 ,与B超相比 ,诊断上CT更具优越性更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the characteristics and diagnostic value of CT in cystic teratomas of the ovary.Methods:CT and US images of 24 ovarian cystic teratomas in 23 patients proved by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. The characteristics of their images were discussed correlating to their pathological findings.Results:Fat attenuation in 23 cases was all demonstrated on CT. And also CT scans showed 48 lipoid globules (floating masses within the cyst) in 13 cases,fat fluid level in 12,calcifications on the cystic wall in 13 presented as dots, threads or small masses in shape,calcified septum within the cysts in 4,bony attenuation and inhomogeneous soft tissue density within the cyst in 3 and no calcification in 4. Pediculotorsion occurred in 7 cases. The diagnostic accuracy rate of CT and US was 100% and 69.6%,respectively.Conclusion:Ovarian cystic teratoma has characteristics on CT scans,and can be diagnosed more accurate by CT than US.更多还原
