吸附法精制催化裂化柴油
Study on Absorption Refining of FCC Diesel Oil
【摘要】 在实验室用浸渍法、挤条法制备了吸附剂A(主要成分为氧化锌和高岭土 )、B(主要成分为三氧化二铝和钼酸胺 ) ,并用此吸附剂对精制催化裂化柴油的反应进行了考察。实验发现此吸附剂可使催化裂化柴油中的硫、氮含量大大降低 ,十六烷值有所增加 ,大大提高催化裂化柴油的质量。采用十六烷值机、微机综合动态微库仑仪、荧光色谱等手段主要考察了吸附剂中氧化锌与高岭土的配比及操作条件对精制效果的影响。结果表明 ,当氧化锌与高岭土的配比为 1∶5 ,十六烷值达 45以上 ,氮含量小于 195 μg·g-1,硫含量小于 95 0 μg·g-1。最佳的操作条件为 :温度 5 0℃ ,压力 3 .0MPa ,空速 0 .5h-1。研究发现 :经吸附剂A、B作用以后 ,得到的精制产品中烯烃、芳香烃含量有所降低 ,饱和烃含量有所提高 ,说明吸附剂A、B主要吸附的物质是烯烃和芳香烃 ,从而达到精制催化裂化柴油的目的
【Abstract】 Prepared absorbent A(main composition zinc oxide and ceramic clay ) and absorbent B(main composition alumina and ammonium molybdate ),which was used to refine FCC diesel fuel oil .It was found that these absorbent could lower the quantity of S,N, higher the cetane number ,which improved the stability of the diesel oil greatly. By cetane number test, fluorescent spectrometry we studied the influence of the ratio of zinc oxide/ceramic clay and operation condition in the absorbent A to refinery result. The results show that under the following condition the quality of the diesel oil is the best: T =50 ℃; p =3.0 MPa;LHSV=0.5 h -1 .In this condition the product’s quality was: the cetane number was higher than 45,the quantity of N was lower than 165 μg·g -1 ,the contain of S was lower than 950 μg·g -1 . By studying we also found that treated by absorbent A and B, in the product the quantity of alkene and aromatic hydrocarbon were lower by certain range ,and the contain of saturated hydrocarbon was higher, which might be the reason of the improvement of diesel oil.
