西藏伦坡拉原油加工方案的研究

【摘要】 研究了西藏伦坡拉原油的性质 ,并对各不同馏分的特性进行了分析。结果表明 ,该原油密度大 (ρ2 0 =0 .9492 g/cm3) ,粘度超稠 (υ50 =2 3 45 5 .5mPa·s ,含水原油υ50 =15 12 8mPa·s) ,凝点高 (48℃ ) ,水含量极高 (33.3% ) ,蜡含量较高 (14.34% ) ,胶质含量高 ,沥青质含量低 ,属低硫中间基原油。由上述原油的特点知 ,含水原油储、运、集、输的温度应在 90℃ (含水原油υ90 =2 73mPa·s)以上 ,脱水原油储、运、集、输的温度应在 10 0℃ (含水原油ν10 0 =2 6 9mPa·s)以上 ,否则会给集、运、输带来困难。由于该原油无汽油馏分 ,但柴油馏分收率较高且其十六烷值指数较高。为解决集、运、输等困难 ,根据原油特性 ,提出了利用此原油在当地进行加工的方案。指出用该原油生产柴油、石蜡、润滑油基础油和重交通道路沥青是较为合理的加工方案

【Abstract】 The characteristics of crude oil from Lunpola of Xizhang were studied and the properties of different fractions were analyzed. The results indicate that this crude oil has the characteristics of high density(ρ 20 =0.949 2 g/cm 3 ),high viscidity(ν 50 =23 455.5 mPa·s ),crude oil with water,(ν 50 =15 128 mPa·s) and high solidifying point (48 ℃),further more ,the content of water in the oil is very high(33.3%) and this crude oil is rich in wax and resin and less in asphaltene, it belongs to low sulfur meso-base crude. So the temperature of storage, movement ,collection and transport for the crude oil with water(ν 90 =273 mPa·s) should be over 90 ℃,the corresponding temperature for the crude oil without water should be over 100 ℃(ν 100 =269 mPa·s ,the crude with water),otherwise it is difficult for the crude oil to collect and transport. It contains no gasoline distillate but its diesel yield and cetane number index are high relatively. A reasonable processing scheme was put forward for producing diesel oil,paraffin,lubricating baseoil and heavy traffic paving asphalt based on its characteristics in Xizang.
