表面活性剂存在下催化剂中钼含量的测定
Fass-Determination of Molybdenum in the Presence of Surfatant
【摘要】 研究了在火焰原子吸收光谱中表面活性剂对钼的增感作用 ,在 5 0mmol/L曲拉通X— 1 0 0(TX— 1 0 0 )和 5 0mmol/L十二烷基硫酸钠 (SDS)存在下 ,可使钼的吸光度增感 48% ,并且能消除Al、Cu、Mn、Ca、W、Fe、P、V 8种元素对钼的测定干扰。在聚四氟乙烯压力溶弹内 ,用王水作溶剂溶解试样 ,具有试剂用量少免受污染等优点。用此方法测定钼的检出限为 0 .0 5 7μg/mL ,加标回收率在 98.6%~ 1 0 1 .9%之间 ,相对标准偏差小于 0 .87% ,可直接用于催化剂中钼的测定。
【Abstract】 It is reported in this paper that in the presence of an appropriate amount of surfactant,the sensitivity for the FASS determination of molydemum is remarkably enhanced,when in presence of 50 mmol Tritonx-100(TX-100)and 50 mmol/L sodium dokecyl sulfate (SDS),an enhancement of the absorbance by 48% is observed and the intefernce of eight elements is also found to be eliminated.The sample of hydrogenating catalyst was digested with HCl-HNO 3 (3∶1)and dissolved in water.The lowest detection limit is 0.057 μg/mL for the proposed method.The standard recovery is between 98.6%~101.9%,relative standard deviation is less than 0.87%.The method can be directly used for the determination of the Mo in the above catalyst.
