聚合α-烯烃制备润滑油基础油的新型催化剂研究

【摘要】 对α -烯烃聚合制备润滑油基础油的新型催化剂进行了研究。考察了NiSO4 /γ -Al2 O3、NiSO4 /β -沸石、NiSO4 /SiO2 对α -烯烃催化作用及表现出的性能。并根据新型聚合催化剂的研究和XRD、溴价分析 ,对聚合反应的工艺条件进行了考察。反应结果表明 ,NiSO4 /β -沸石催化剂具有反应活性高 ,选择性、稳定性、再生性好及反应温度、反应压力低等优点 ,是较好的新一代α -烯烃聚合催化剂。同时载体经水蒸气预处理 ,酸性有所变化 ,催化剂的各项性能均有显著的提高 ,产品具有较好的粘度和较低的溴价。最佳反应条件 :反应温度 1 70℃ ,反应压力 4 .0~ 5.0MPa ,体积空速 0 .5h

【Abstract】 The new catalyst for preparing base oil of lubricant by polymerization of α alkene was studied. The catalytic performance of NiSO 4/γ-Al 2O 3,NiSO 4/ β -zolite,NiSO 4/SiO 2 in the polymerization of α alkene was observed.According to the study on the polymerization catalyst,analysis of XRD and bromic bond,the condition of the polymerization process was further studied.The result shows that the catalytic effect of NiSO 4/ β -zeolite is relatively good.This catalyst has the characteristic of high reactive activity,high selectivity, high stability,good regenerative performance and mild process condition,and is better new catalyst used to catalyze-alkene polymerization.After pretreating of carrier by vapour the catalytic performance of this catalyst was improved.The products have better viscosity and lower bromic bond when the new catalyst has been used.The products are good base oil for producing high quality lubricating oil.The optimum reaction condition:reaction temperature is 170 ℃, reaction pressure is 4.0~5.0 MPa, volume air velocity is 0.5 h -1 .
